The Carterville Comunity Center-Fred G. Harrison Annex is located in beautiful Cannon Park at 120 N. Greenbriar Road.  The facility opened in 2005 and provides seating for approximately 350 people.  This completely handicap-accessible building is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, reunions, parties, and other special events.

The facility features a 115′ x 53′ banquet room, a large oak dance floor, two projector screens, fourteen 4′ x 8′ panels throughout the room for decorating, fully-equipped caterers kitchen, and restrooms.

Included in your rental fee are round tables (49″ round x 33″ tall) for your guests, 6′ and 8′ tables for your head table and food tables, and black vinyl chairs (18″ wide, 16″ seat, 33″ tall).

All caterers are welcome at our facility free of charge, with the understanding that they are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and removing any trash from the building.  An Illinois Licensed Liquor Caterer is required for all events serving alcohol.

All items brought into our building must be removed immediately following your event, or may become subject to becoming property of the community center.

Renters can decorate one-day prior to the event if needed for an additional $250.

All events require a refundable damage deposit of up to $500 and proof of liability insurance for most events.

Small parties with less than 50 guests, and utilized for less than three hours, can rent the facility for $80.
