Due to an issue during utility repairs, the water main serving Jeremy Drive was damaged. That area was isolated and water service was interrupted for Carterville Water customers on Kevin Lane and Jeremy Drive in Carterville. When water service is restored, a boil water order will be in place for Carterville Water customers on Kevin Lane and Jeremy Drive until further notice. Water used for cooking or drinking should be brought to a rolling boil for a least 5 minutes. Please contact the Carterville Water Office with any questions, 618-985-2011.
