The City of Carterville’s designated Trick or Treat hours are October 31st from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. The Illinois Department of Public Health has issued guidance for Halloween related activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the City strongly encourages all trick or treat participants to follow the recommendations.
