-Michigan Ave. between Division and Mulberry
-Elles Ave. between Division and Mulberry
-All customers on Vine Alley
-204, 206, and 208 Missouri…including the Post Office
-Center St. to Oakwood Dr.
-311, 313, 400, and 401 Oakwood Dr.
