Part-Time Administrative Assistant
City of Carterville Police Department
This position is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Police Department. Manages and maintains department records and processes used to maintain the operation of a law enforcement organization. Work hours will average 20 per week. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and at least two years of general office work experience at an equivalent level of responsibility. Must work well under stressful situations with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality. Must be proficient on computers and Microsoft Office programs.
